Every piece of equipment manufactured by Boker is tested before its delivery to the client in the most rigorous way, in accordance to current regulations and good working practices in industrial engineering, both in the industrial processes as well as during its final preparation. We have a workbench where different situations are simulated in order to verify the well-functioning of the equipments.
We have our own installation crew, exclusively qualified in installations and the proper start up of our equipment. Once delivered, our specialists place them on the space assigned by our client. The terrain, building or plant needs to be previously and correctly prepared to do the task.
We offer follow-up and monitoring services of our equipments after their delivery, taking phone and e-mail consults, as well as personalized ones. In case it is necessary, a Boker representative specialized in maintenance areas will visit you to check the installed equipments.
Our equipment’s service is as important as its care and the responsible use of its functions. We have specialized personnel in the areas of maintenance, repair and regular equipment check. Depending on the type of the project and the supplied equipment, we suggest supervision dates of the installations.
We manage and take the necessary steps to determine the type of equipment that each particular work requires. The variables to consider when calculating the right temperatures are the building’s architectural features, its location, its dimensions, the transit that it will generate and the type of actions that will take place inside, among others.
In order to speed up work-time, optimize engineering processes and provide the client with integral services, we apply a turnkey methodology on large scale projects. We manage the personnel selection, material provision, the logistics and direction of the work, the setting up and installation of equipments and the correct start up of them.
We offer operator training for clients that are far from our offices in the Buenos Aires province. We instruct the personnel on the proper handling of equipments and we provide them with the necessary technical knowledge to operate in diverse situations. You will receive additional printed materials and user’s guides with rapid solutions to possible malfunctions.
We have a spare part supply stock for our Boker brand equipments and for several other brands. We also import parts of discontinued models and on request parts or accessories. In order to provide missing parts for older equipments, we replace the incomplete mechanisms with new ones that adapt to the equipment, exclusively manufactured for them.
We keep stock of Boker and other brand’s equipments available for rental. They can be solicited for fairs, showcases, expos, exhibitions and buildings that require climate managing for a limited time.
