Radiant Tubes

The main feature of radiant tubes is that they don't heat the air they cut across but the surfaces over which the frequency waves crush in the infrared spectrum (at the floor, at the machines, etc.). They generate heat, initially, over the floor and then they start heating the air, creating a direct mantle of radiation from above. Because of this they are ideal for industrial plants.

They are manufactured with heated steel, so they have an almost ilimited life. In normal conditions of use they doesn't requiere scheduled maintenance. Its plumbing doen't get rusty, punched or distorted because of the heat, so its strenght, its radiant efficence and its performance stay unalterable. It has a self diagnosis fawl for the electrical feed, the pipe and the power button that works with three lighting gauges.

Thanks to its tubular design the temperature stays well-balanced along the emitter tube, so the heater behaves as a thermal radiation emitter at a single temperature. The units are manufactured with well selected materials, designed to avoid distortions and breakdowns, very frequents in this kind of heaters. They are fully automatic, asisted by an electronic programmer of imported flame.
